I am swimming for Corinne who is currently a patient at Texas Children's Hospital.  Diagnosed in September of 2024 with a Stage IV Wilms Tumor. Corinne has undergone surgery, radiation and chemotherapy under the care of the medical teams at Texas Children's Hospital. Her journey continues because of the life-changing work of the dedicated staff at Texas Children's Oncology Center and Surgical Research Center. 

On July 26th, I will join 25 other swimmers to honor Corinne and her team in hope that the funds we raise move the world one step closer to a day that any child facing a cancer diagnosis receives the BEST care and the BEST cure. All funds raised in this event will be directed toward Texas Children's Surgical Oncology Lab led by Dr. Sanjeev Vasudevan.

Dr. Vasudevan was one of the first to offer my brother and sister-law a glimmer of hope in the early days of Corinne's diagnosis. She has continued to be blessed by an amazing team of oncologists and nurses.
